Hirsch & Company, Inc. has represented Law Warehouse Co., Inc. in the long term lease of 131,822 square feet of space at 30 Airport Road, Nashua to DevTech PET, Inc. of Amherst. DevTech was represented by Joseph Tupper of Keller Williams Metropolitan.

The lease of the building allowed DevTech to consolidate its warehouse functions into one facility. The building was previously used by Law Logistics. Law has consolidated its operations into its new facility in Merrimack.

Lawrence Hirsch of Hirsch & Company, Inc. represented Peerless Properties, LLC in the sale of 297 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH to Christopher Properties, LLC for $1,265,000. The purchaser was represented by Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate, LLC. The Merrimack property is a 15,500 square foot multi-tenant office/commercial building.
