Hirsch & Company, Inc. has represented Law Warehouse Co., Inc. in the long term lease of 131,822 square feet of space at 30 Airport Road, Nashua to DevTech PET, Inc. of Amherst. DevTech was represented by Joseph Tupper of Keller Williams Metropolitan.

The lease of the building allowed DevTech to consolidate its warehouse functions into one facility. The building was previously used by Law Logistics. Law has consolidated its operations into its new facility in Merrimack.

Over the past four years, Hirsch has represented Law in the re-positioning and leasing of over 500,000 square feet of industrial/commercial space in over thirteen separate transactions.

Hirsch & Company leases 5,473 square feet of office space at 3 Electronics Ave in Danvers, MA to Network Coverage, LLC, which is relocating operations to Danvers from Peabody, MA. Lawrence Hirsch represented the owner Mareld Company Inc., and John Webster of Mohr Partners represented the tenant.

Lawrence Hirsch of Hirsch & Company, Inc. represented Peerless Properties, LLC in the sale of 297 Daniel Webster Highway in Merrimack, NH to Christopher Properties, LLC for $1,265,000. The purchaser was represented by Wendy Keeler of Fairway Real Estate, LLC. The Merrimack property is a 15,500 square foot multi-tenant office/commercial building.

Hirsch & Company leases 34,398 square feet of industrial space at 3 Capitol Street, Nashua, NH to Nationwide FF&E, Inc. of Merrimack, NH. Lawrence Hirsch represented the owner State Street Realty, Inc., and assisted the tenant.

Lawrence Hirsch of Hirsch & Company, Inc. represented Mareld Company, Inc. in the sale of 100 Tri City Road to Anthony DiLorenzo for $1,875,000. The purchaser was represented by Kent White of CBRE Portsmouth. The Tri City Road property is a 69,000 square foot facility formerly occupied by Fairpoint Communications and Verizon.

Hirsch & Company leases 1,902 square feet at 402 Amherst Street, Nashua, NH to Linaro, Ltd. of Cambridge, England. Hirsch represented the owner, Marled, Inc. and assisted the tenant.

Larry Hirsch, Hirsch & Company, represented Law Logistics in two related lease transactions totaling 259,515 square feet In Merrimack and Nashua, NH.
