Hayley Klein of Hirsch & Company represented Mareld Company, Inc, the owner, in negotiating two long term leases on a total of 15,334 square feet at the Harris Pond Office Park in Merrimack, NH.

In the first transaction, Klein represented Mareld and assisted Prime lifetime Services in the long-term lease of 7,781 Sq. Ft. for their new facility offering behavior support services for children and families with autism spectrum disorder, as well as their administrative offices. This was a major expansion of their operations from their previous location in Merrimack.

In the second transaction, Klein assisted Early Beginnings for Young Learners (McCormick & Amrock, Inc.) in the long-term lease of 7,553 sq. ft., as well as a significant outdoor play area, in the relocation and expansion of their daycare operation from another location in Merrimack.

Hayley Klein of Hirsch & Company leased 6,114 sq. ft. of industrial space at 14 Tinker Ave in Londonderry, NH to Cool Power Technologies, Inc. who is relocating and expanding its operations from Atkinson, NH, where they have operated for over 20 years. Klein represented the owner, Mareld Company, Inc. and assisted Cool Power Technologies in the transaction.

The purchase price was $2 million. The building, which was formerly the headquarters of KBace Technology, has 28,067 square feet of “first class” office space on two floors. With strong visibility from Somerset Parkway, it is located at the entrance to the Trafalgar Square complex — within 1/8 mile of Exit 8 of the Everett Turnpike — and is in easy walking distance of numerous hotels, restaurants and other amenities. Lawrence Hirsch of Hirsch & Company has announced the sale of the industrial condominium located at 6 Columbia Drive, Amherst to LASQ, LLC for $1.213 million. Hirsch represented LASQ; Prolman Realty, Inc. represented the seller, Columbia US, LLC. The space will become the headquarters for Kinex Cappers which will be relocating their operations from their current space at 13 Columbia Drive. Hirsch is representing Kinex Cappers and the Landlord in the re-lease of the 7,800 square feet that Kinex is vacating.

In two transactions, Larry Hirsch of Hirsch & Company, LLC has represented Oxford Hollis, LLC, the owner, in negotiating long term leases on a total of 20,625 square feet at 26 Clinton Drive in Hollis. The high quality industrial space was leased to Ugot Express/Dealalive and Dynamic Installations, Inc..

In both transactions, Hirsch represented Oxford Hollis, LLC, and assisted the tenants.

Larry Hirsch of Hirsch & Company represented the owners of the Patriots Building located at 127 – 139 Main Street, Nashua in the $1,375,000 sale of the building to a group of investors. The property is a two story office building consisting of approximately 18,000 square feet that is located at the corner of Factory and Main Streets in Downtown Nashua. Retail tenants include San Francisco Kitchen and Wingate Pharmacy.

Hirsch represented The Autism Center at Gateways Community Services in the long term lease of the 10,000 Sq. Ft.

After a thorough search of available properties in the Nashua market, Larry Hirsch of Hirsch & Company represented The Autism Center at Gateways Community Services in the long term lease of the 10,000 square foot office building located at 100 Perimeter Road, Nashua. This allowed the relocation and expansion of Gateways’ counseling center for Autistic individuals.

The building is owned by Procyon Properties, LLC which was represented by Jon Tamposi.

10,888 Sq. Ft. Leased at 889 Elm St in Downtown Manchester, NH

Hirsch & Company has announced that Larry Hirsch has leased 10,888 square feet of first class office space at 889 Elm Street, Manchester to two new tenants: Launch Angels and OSR. In both leases, Hirsch represented Cameron Real Estate, Inc., the owner of 889 Elm St., and assisted the tenants in the transaction.

Launch Angels Management Company signed a long-term lease on the entire third floor of the building consisting of 7,201 square feet.

OSR Open Systems Resources, Inc. leased 3,687 square feet on the sixth floor.
